Fly into North Eleuthera Airport (ELH)
Once you have landed at North Eleuthera Airport take a 5 minute cab ride to the water taxi at Three Island Dock (approximately $5 cash per person for one way). The water taxi runs all day and will take you to the Harbour Island Government Dock (approximately $5 cash per person for one way). If you are staying at Valentines Resort & Marina you can ask the water taxi to drop you off there instead (approximately $7 cash per person for one way).

Bahamas Ferries - www.bahamasferries.com - a ferry leaves Nassau daily for Harbour Island at 8AM and arrives at 10:30AM. The same ferry returns to Nassau late in the afternoon. The ferry from Nassau leaves from a port that is 45 minute taxi ride from the Nassau airport
REMINDER: You need a valid passports to travel to Harbour Island
Once you touch down at ELH: you'll go through customs, collect your luggage, and walk outside to let one of the taxis know you’re headed to the Harbour Island . You may have to wait a few minutes if they're picking up additional guests so grab a Kalik across the street at Jimmy's bar. You're on Island time!
Total travel from ELH to Harbour Island should take 15-20 mins max and will cost $10 per person: $5 for car taxi and $5 for water taxi — cash only!!

Once on Harbour Island grab a taxi at the government dock that can take you to your accommodations. This will run $5-10 pp depending on where you’re staying on island. Alternatively you can pick up your golf cart at the government dock. Most golf cart companies will have the cart waiting for you at your hotel if you pre-arrange! If you're staying at Rock House or The Landing you can easily walk from the dock to the hotel - it's about a 2 min walk.
Carry a few spare dollar bills for those that help with luggage (car and water taxi). A small tip is greatly appreciated and goes a long way. Eleuthera is among one of the friendliest places in the world. Be kind!
